Skating

Learn to Skate

The Learn to Skate program is a instructional class to teach your child the basics of ice skating, whether you are interested in figure skating or hockey. We have a annual ice show at the end of April that everyone is welcome to participate in.  Download a Learn to Skate Brochure!

Wayne Figure Skating Club

Ice will be back up on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. (There will be no 6:00 ice on Friday, September 7th.) Club hours and prices will remain the same as last season.

We have a new website www.WayneFigureSkatingClub.com that we will be updating throughout the season.  Please check this site regularly to keep up on what is going on.

 

Open Skate

Open Skate begins September 4, 2012. The schedule is as follows:

   Monday: 10:00am-11:20am & 2:00pm-2:50pm
   Tuesday: Parent & Tot - 10:00am-11:20am
   Wednesday: 2:00pm-2:50pm
   Thursday: Parent & Tot - 10:00am-11:20am
   Friday: 10:00am-11:20am & 2:00pm-2:50pm
   Saturday: 5:30pm-6:50pm
   Sunday: 3:30pm-4:50pm

Parent & Tot is for children 6 and under.

The cost is (members are FREE):

Resident                                  Non-Resident

 Adult:  $3.25                                Adult:  $6.00

 Child:  $3.00                                Child:   $5.00

Skate Rental is $3.00.  Children under 4 are free.

Drop-In Hockey

Drop-In Hockey begins September 4, 2012. It is offered:

  Monday through Friday - 12:00pm-1:45pm

  Saturday - 2:00pm-3:50pm

The cost is $7.00 for residents and $8.00 for non-residents. Goalies are free. Participants must be 18 and over.

Little Sticks Hockey Program

Little Sticks Hockey Program is a learn to play hockey program for ages 3 and up. This program begins September 4, 2012 and is held on Tuesdays from 6:00pm-6:50pm. The cost is $6.00 for residents; and $8.00 for non-residents. Participants must know how to stand and move on skates and have a hockey helmet.

Sticks & Pucks

Sticks and Pucks will be held on Saturday’s from 4:00pm-5:20pm. This is a drop-in program. The cost is $5.00 for residents and $6.00 for non-residents. Goalies are free. Helmet and gloves are mandatory. All ages are welcome.
