The City of Wayne offers this convenient and easy way for you to renew your dog or cat license through the mail. Just follow the instructions below.

Instructions

1.  The City of Wayne Dog and Cat License Application is available in PDF format. Please download it here. If you don't have Acrobat Reader installed on you computer, download it from Adobe and install it.

2.  Once the form is downloaded to your PC, print and complete the form filling in the required information.

3.  When completed and signed, mail to:

Attn: Clerk's Office- Animal License

Wayne, MI 48184

Or, you can drop off at City Hall during normal business hours
(Monday-Thursday 10am - 4:30pm)
